1) What is this program, in one sentence?
A practical, no-fluff AI skills sprint that teaches prompts, fast editing, imaging, and day-one workplace techniques—no coding required.
2) Who is it for?
Working professionals in corporate, government, education, nonprofit, and small business roles, plus veterans and career changers who want marketable AI skills they can use at work.
3) What will I be able to do after this?
Write prompts that get reliable results, edit faster (emails, résumés, reports), create/level-up images for presentations and posts, and speak confidently about AI in interviews and meetings.
4) How long does it take?
About 2 hours a day for two days. Most learners apply skills to real work within the first day.
5) Do I get a certificate?
Yes, complete the core modules and quizzes to receive a My Leadership Keys Course Completion Certificate you can add to your résumé or LinkedIn.
6) Is this accredited?
It’s a professional skills program (non-degree, non-credit). Many employers still reimburse it under professional development—see #16.

All of our beginner AI training videos along with ethical use training.
11) What are the payment options?

12) Do you offer discounts?
We prioritize unemployed civilians, veterans, and people affected by layoffs or extended work interruptions.
13) What’s your refund policy?
Five days, no questions asked guarantee. If the training is not a fit, contact us within five days of purchase and we will refund you in full. If you have tried the first lessons and still feel stuck, you can also request extra guidance or a full refund.

Yes, email support plus optional 1:1 coaching for résumés, portfolios, or custom workflows.
15) How does 1:1 consultation work?
Book a slot, share your goals, and bring examples. You’ll leave with tailored prompts, talking points, and next steps. Slots are limited.

16) Will my employer reimburse this?
Often, yes, under professional development. We provide a formal invoice and certificate; ask HR/manager about PD budgets.
17) Can I add the certificate to LinkedIn?
Yes, add it under Licenses & Certifications with issuer My Leadership Keys and your completion date.
18) Do you help with résumés and interview language?
Yes, and 1:1 session can translate your work into strong résumé bullets and talking points.

19) What tools do we use?
Primarily ChatGPT and common AI image tools. We focus on safe, workplace-ready usage you can apply anywhere.
20) Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
No, but some advanced examples may work best with a paid tier. We offer free-tier workarounds when possible.
21) What are the minimum tech requirements?
A modern browser, reliable internet, and the ability to view PDFs. Desktop/laptop recommended.
22) How do you handle my data?
We teach privacy guardrails and “company-safe” workflows. We don’t sell learner data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ethics & Guardrails
23) Do you cover AI ethics and what not to do?
Absolutely. A dedicated module covers privacy, attribution, bias, and workplace policies, with practical dos/don’ts.
24) Can I use AI-generated images commercially?
Generally, yes, but always check the tool’s license and your employer’s policy. We explain safe, compliant use cases.
